PURPOSE: To distribute fluid uniformly over a cross section by drawing out tubes from tube coils in such a manner that the tubes maintain the axial lines of the tubes of each set of the tubes within the cylindrical plane of the set of the tubes at one end of the vessel and shift in the direction parallel with the main axial line. CONSTITUTION: A bed which is rotationally symmetrical and contains a packing material consisting of a permeable material permitting permeation and the tubes which are arranged within the packing material, are so coiled as to constitute the sets 61 to 63 of the plural tubes 8a to 8i concentrically arranged on the cylindrical plane around the main axial line 6 and are connected to a tube collector at both ends are disposed around the main axial line 6. The tubes described above are drawn out of the coils 5 in such a manner that the tubes maintain the axial lines of the tubes of each set of the tubes within the cylindrical plane of the set of the tubes at one end of the vessel and shift in the direction parallel with the main axial line 6. Consequently, the emptying of the interior at a slight cost is made possible and the distribution of the fluid uniform over the cross section thereof is made possible.
