PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and thickness of the above element by using a phase film integrated type transparent conductive film which is formed by laminating a polysulfone film as a backing layer to at least one face of the phase film of a transparent high-polymer film and providing a transparent film having conductivity to at least one surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:The transparent high-polymer film which has double refractiveness and is formed by controlling the retardation value so as to have nearly the same value as the value of an STN type LCD is used. The polysulfone film (PES) is used as the backing layer thereof. A composite oxide which is essentially composed of indium oxide contg. 5 to 15wt.% tin oxide and is known as ITO is used as the transparent conductive material to be laminated on the surface of the backing layer consisting of this PES film. The weight and thickness of the element are reduced in this way. |
