APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF BOILING PROCESS OF BEER

PURPOSE:To improve the batch-to-batch uniformity of the quality of beer by controlling the heating condition of the processes from the pouring of beer liquid into a boiling tank to the discharge of the boiled liquid based on particular temperature setting and liquid level setting. CONSTITUTION:A beer liquid is heated (by blasting steam in a tank) in such a manner as to linearly increase the temperature of the liquid from the temperature of the poured beer liquid to the boiling temperature T0 during the period from the start of the pouring of the beer liquid into the boiling tank to the time when the liquid level reaches the 1st prescribed level Ls and the liquid is maintained at the boiling temperature T0. When the liquid level is lowered to the 2nd prescribed level L0 by the progress of boiling, the beer liquid is discharged from the tank.
