CONSTITUTION:When some fault occurs in a system, a CPU of the system produces a factor code based on the fault factor and stores once this code in a factor code holding area 5 of an external memory 3. At the same time, the system is stopped. The factor code uses a code given from an operating system for example. Then a recovery process control part 9 refers to a correspondence table to retrieve a recovery process sorting code C2 corresponding to a factor code C1 stored in the area 5. Then the part 9 selects the recovery process based on the retrieving result. |
