<p>PURPOSE:To enable discharging/housing of image papers into a required bin based on the obtained information irrespective of the number of bins or the interval/distance between bins by individually controlling the action of each discharging/housing stage based on a discharged paper status with respect to a specified discharging/housing stage and other non-specified discharging/housing stage based on the information from an image forming device. CONSTITUTION:As the central processing unit (CPU) 12 of a sorter system receives information necessary for paper discharging/housing, i.e., each data on paper specifying bin number and paper size from an image forming device (printer, etc.) 11, a main program and the control program of each bin are executed in order and, after returning to the main program, each bin is individually controlled by a loop form. Then, the data is taken into the control program of each bin when the status of each bin is ready or finished paper discharging. As a result, discharging/housing of image papers to a necessary bin can be carried out based on this data irrespective of the number of bins or the interval/ distance between bins.</p> |
