<p>PURPOSE:To surely restrain the rear end portion in the housing direction of a sheet of paper housed in a housing portion from blocking the inlet of the housing portion by providing paper rear-end restraining members which are always set in positions for restraining the rear end in the housing direction of a sheet of housed paper from blocking the paper inlet portion and which are retractable from the restraining positions to the direction of a housed paper placing face. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of paper is sent into a housing portion while being guided by paper rear-end restraining members 93 and, each time one sheet is housed, a retainer member 120 is moved in a paper placing face direction to press the rear end portion in the housing direction of the sheet of paper being housed. At this time, the rear-end portion of the sheet of paper rides over the rear-end restraining members 93 while making the rear-end restraining members 93 retracted from the restraining positions to the direction of a paper placing face 100. At the same time, the rear-end restraining members 93 are returned from the retracted positions to the restraining positions to restrain the housed sheet of paper from blocking a paper inlet portion.</p> |
