<p>L'invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation des produits (I): (I) où X est -CH2- et R est un aryle éventuellement substitué, ou vinyle ou éthynyle éventuellement substitué; ou X est un soufre ou une liaison et R est un aryle éventuellement substitué; R2 est méthyle ou éthyle; R3 est alkyle, alkényle ou alkynyle (1-8C) éventuellement substitué; R4 est H ou acyle; ; et le trait pointillé indique la présence éventuelle d'une liaison. L'invention concerne également les produits (I) gui possèdent une remarquable activité anti-glucocorticoîde et, pour certains, glucocorticoîde. L'invention concerne en outre une composition pharmaceutique renfermant au moins un des produits (I) avec un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable.</p> |
