摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the above product which has a dense structure and high stress resistance and has a sufficient function characteristic by thermally spraying many kinds of powders having arbitrary compsn. ratios onto a prototype base material, separating the thermally sprayed layer and subjecting the layer to a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A thin release layer 2 consisting of Al is formed by thermal spraying on the surface of the prototype base material 1. An inclination function material layer 3 increased in the ratio of MgO continuously from, for example, a cordierite compsn. 2MgO.2Al2O3.5SiO2 is formed thereon by thermal spraying, by which the extreme surface is formed to the compsn. consisting of the MgO alone. The release layer 2 is dissolved by using HCl, etc., to separate the inclination function material layer 3. After this material layer 3 is rinsed and dried, the layer is heat treated in a furnace. The more continuous inclination function material which is gradually increased in the compounding ratio of the MgO toward the surface side by the diffusion reaction and remelting at the atom and molecular level among the MgO, the Al2O3 and the SiO2 is obtd. in this way. The MgO of the extreme surface layer is thus formed denser and the mechanical strength is imparted to the product. A sheath (hermetic container) which does not hinder ordinary sintering operations is produced.
