PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet capable of providing gas permeability and high heat resistance to a material to be bonded having three dimensional curved face and suitable to printing by forming a metallic thin film layer and successively tacky agent on one-side surface of fluorine-containing film substrate and providing a plasma treated layer on the opposite face. CONSTITUTION:A metallic thin film layer of Al, Cr, Ti, etc., is formed to one- side surface of the fluorine-containing film substrate by a vacuum metallizing method, preferably by electron beam and further a tacky agent, preferably consisting of a crosslinked acrylic tacky agent is formed thereon. On the other hand, a plasma treated layer wherein fluorine content is <= 65% of that of the substrate and oxygen content is >= 1 per 20 carbon atoms is formed on the opposite surface to provide the aimed sheet. |
