Plastics sealing device for a medicine glass 21, comprising a collar for fastening to the opening 20 of the medicine glass and a cap which is connected by a connecting joint to the collar in such a way that the unmounted cap is axially displaceable in relation to the collar and which on the underside has a convex projection which, upon axial displacement of the cap in the direction of the collar, centres the cap in relation to the collar.
