PURPOSE:To deciding dislocation and realize automatic mounting without fail by executing the automatic decision of regularily shaped parts by summing up the number of picture elements where define half tone is used as reference and deciding the size of the number of the half tone picture elements. CONSTITUTION:An object is image-picked up in certain gradation and stored as a primary picture. Next, the object of the same type of the above mentioned object is image-picked up in the same gradation to be as a secondary picture. Shift data from a shift memory 4 are added to a signal read from a seconder picture memory 2 according to an address from a counter 1 by an adder 3. The shift data are shifted to a bright direction only by the quantity of the half tone. A signal from a primary picture memory 5 to be read by the same address as the memory 2 is subtracted from this signal and a subtracted result is converted to gradation (+ or -1) to define half tone 0 as the reference. Then, outputs are added 8 and the automatic decision of the regularily shaped parts is executed. According to the size of the number of the half tone picture elements, the dislocation is discriminated. |
