PURPOSE:To ensure nozzle touch by providing a nozzle touch member horizontally and revolutionarily under an injection device shifting relative to a fixed disc, and protruding a screw shaft to a fixed disc side and screwing it to be capable of coming in and out to a screw receiving member for connecting the injection device to the fixed disc, and connecting the shaft part and a transmitting shaft rotated by an electrical motor. CONSTITUTION:In a condition of transmitting shafts 32,33 to be connected to each other by a clutch device 41, as a serve motor 37 is rotated, a rotating disc 16 is rotated through a transmitting shaft 32, a transmitting toothed gear 17a and toothed gear 17, thereby forwarding a screw shaft 15. As a result, a movable disc 13 is advanced, and molds 14,14 are closed, and as clamping pressure comes to be a predetermined pressure, the electromagnetic device 42b of a coupling 40 is activated magnetically for fixing the transmitting shaft 32 to a housing side, and thus a clamping force is kept. The clutch device 41 is operated to be opened so as to disconnect the connection with the transmitting shaft 33, and the clutch device 44 is operated to be closed for connecting the transmitting shaft 34 and a nozzle touch member 43 so as to rotate them simultaneously. Through this rotation, the screw shaft 43b comes to advanced into the fixed disc, and pulls housing 22, as a result, the housing 22 moves in the direction of the fixed disc 11 on the body irrespective of the transmitting shaft 33, thereby occurring nozzle touch. |
