PURPOSE:To prevent an optical axis from deviation in case of securing by providing a deformable recovery part made of shape memory alloy in a package. CONSTITUTION:A component for holding an optical semiconductor element 1 in a package 5 is secured in a hollow holder 8. In this case, a deformable recovery part 7 made of shape memory alloy is provided in the package 5, the part 7 is deformed at a temperature lower than the transition temperature of the alloy to contain the component in the holder 8, and the part 7 is then brought into close contact with the holder 8 at a temperature higher than the transition temperature. Accordingly, the component can be secured to the holder. |
