<p>PURPOSE:To contrive energy-saving and stabilization of quality by a method wherein laminating materials obtained by impregnating fiber base materials with resin are superposed upon one another in a plurality of sets through mold release sheets, which is sent continuously between both belts, heated, pressurized and molded. CONSTITUTION:Resin is applied and infiltrated into a base material 1 such as paper and glass cloth with a resin coating and infiltrating machine 2, which is superposed upon a metallic foil from a roll 5 and a mold release sheet from a roll 6 by a superposing roll 4 after passing through a width control roll 3. At the same time, also a set of the other metallic foil and a laminated material is superposed by the superposing roll 4 and sent between a pair of endless belts 7, 7' moving over pullies 9, 9'. The same is heated, pressurized and formed during passing within a pressurizing vessel 8. The same is cut short with a cutting machine 11 after coming out of a space between belt pulleys 10, 10'.</p> |
