PURPOSE:To make assembling easy by fitting a bush, having a center hole and forming a flange at the end, in a through hole in a base end of a steering pole, and installing a projection, coming into contact with an outer circumferential part of the flange, at the lower side of a bracket pivot hole for its temporary positioning. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal through hole 40 is formed in each base end of a symmetric pair of steering poles 4, and a bush 7 with a center hole 70 and provided with a flange 72 is fitted in this through hole 40. The flange (72) face side of the center hole 70 of this bush 7 is made up into a conical form. A projection 51 being made contact with the flange 72 is formed at the side of a bracket 5. At the time of assembling, the underside of the flange 72 is made contact with this projection 51 and it is temporarily positioned, and a pivot bolt 6 is passed through so that the steering pole 4 is somewhat uplifted whereby it is permanently positioned. Therefore assembling between the bracket 5 and the steering pole 4 can be done easily. |
