PURPOSE:To prevent the distortion and curvature of a plastic electrode at the time of insertion molding by fixing a buffer made of foam plastic around an electrode plate and integrally injection-molding a frame plate around the buffer. CONSTITUTION:A frame plate 21a is integrally molded around an electrode plate 23a made of carbon plastic via a buffer 27 to form a sheet of a plastic electrode 23. The buffer 27 is folded in two at the center in the breadth direction, both free end portions 27a are heat-melted to the upper and lower sections on the side end of the electrode plate 23a respectively. The center folded sections 27b of the buffer 27 are butted face to face and heat-melted, and the buffer 27 is installed. The frame plate molding shrinkage distortion is absorbed by the buffer 27 when the frame plate 21a portion is injection-molded, no stress is applied to the electrode plate 23a, the electrode plate 23a can be kept in a flat state with no deflection. |
