PURPOSE:To eliminate influence owing to remaining foam and to enable exact absorptiometry by irradiating light to the position where the surface position of reactive liquid generated at every dispensing of a reagent is not included. CONSTITUTION:The 1st surface of the reactive liquid stuck with foam 3a is generated in a reaction vessel 1 contg. specimen when the 1st reagent is dispensed from a nozzle 6 into the vessel 1 and the specimen is stirred. The 2nd surface of the reactive liquid stuck with foam 5a is formed when the 2nd reagent is similarly dispensed thereto from a nozzle 7. The position of the 1st and 2nd surfaces of the reactive liquid are easily known as the amt. of the specimen and the amt. of the reagent are preliminarily determined. Light 2 is thereupon irradiated to the position averted from the 1st and 2nd surfaces of the reactive liquid in the stage of absorptiometry. The effect of the remaining form is thus eliminated and the exact measurement is made possible. |
