PURPOSE:To obtain recorded waveforms without disturbance and distortion, by sampling and storing a signal to be measured at a constant time interval, and reading the signal in synchronization with the rotary angle of a motor. CONSTITUTION:An analog signal to be measured in converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter 21. The address position of the signal is specified in synchronization with a clock signal. The digital signal is inputted in a memory means by a writing-address specifying means 24. The signal is read in the sequence of input in synchronization with a rotary angle detecting signal of a motor and outputted to a recording means, by a reading-address specifying means 25. |
