The method for applying to the tubes 1 a coating made of reinforced concrete consists in applying to the tube provided with a primary anti-corrosion layer, concrete 2, and a reinforcing structure 3, so that this reinforcing structure is enrobed inside the concrete. The reinforcing structure 3 is firstly precut into sections the length and shapes of the ends of which are suitable so that it can completely surround, but without extending beyond, the tube 1, 11 to be coated, and is then preformed by bending at the radius of curvature which is suitable for the diameter of the first layer of concrete 2 which it is intended to cover, is then brought onto the surface of this first layer of concrete 2, on which it then correctly winds around the tube, after which the second layer of concrete 2a is applied to the thus-installed reinforcing structure 3. Use to allow continuous production of tubes coated with reinforced concrete. <IMAGE>
