PURPOSE:To make the occupied space of the device in the title smaller, its structure simple, its strength higher and its handling easier by forming a holding part fitted with the spring part of a sheet spring in a holder main body and a cave for storing an engagingly locked claw on the bottom part of the holding part. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting device 1 is mounted on the bracket 20 of a mounting partner member and a conduit 7 is pushed by the reaction force when tension force is applied to an inner cable 8 and a slider 2 is pushed out forward. When slider 2 pushing force is balanced with a resistance which takes place when ratchet teeth 13 push down an engagingly locked claw 5 so as to get it over, the movement of the slider is stopped and a mounting position is adjusted at this moment in the status where the excessive compression force does not act to the conduit 7. Here, as a sheet spring 4 is nearly cylindrical, in which the engagingly locked claw 5 and the slider 2 are positioned, it is a slim cylindrical style entirely and its occupied space is small and its sectional form is symetrical. Therefore, the mounting space may be small. |
