<p>PURPOSE:To prevent production of cracks by environmental stress and electrification of static electricity and improve safety of pipings by forming a corrugated pipe of synthetic resin consisting of an outer layer of fluorine contained resin having a high water repellency and an inner layer of high density polyethylene. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated pipe 1 of synthetic resin is composed of an outer layer 2 and an inner layer 3, and the outer layer 2 consists of fluorine contained resin having a high water repellecy, that is, clorine trifluoride ethylene, or vinylidene fluoride - clorine tetra-fluoride ethylene - propylene hexafluoride copolymer, or ethylene - ethylene tetra-fluoride copolymer, for example. The inner layer 3 is composed of high density polyethylene. Because fluorine contained resin having a high water repellency is used for the outer layer 2, cracks by environmental stress can be prevented without forming the pipe thick. By embedding electrode wire vertically in one layer, electrification of static electricity can be prevented. Cracks by environmental stress can thus be prevented, and safety of pipings can be improved.</p> |
