PURPOSE:To keep off any drop in processing speed by installing a stack part, loading a subject image forming body in a second conveying means, and a control means which takes out one of subject image forming bodies from the stack part before starting image forming operation to the subject image forming body in this stack part, and a control means which takes out one of the subject image forming bodies from the stack part and makes it be standby at the upstream side of an image forming part. CONSTITUTION:In the case where multiplex or duplex image formation is set when an image former operates, each subject image forming body is fed to a second conveying means from a first conveying means and stacked on a stack part 28. If all subject image forming bodies to be imaged are fed to the stack part 28, one of them is taken out of the stack part 28 by the second conveying means and it is held at a spot short of the first conveying means, and standby in the state as it is, till the next image forming operation is set and started. When the next image forming operation is started, the subject image forming body being standby is fed to an image forming process at the outset. |
