PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of clogging of a powder feeding pipe of the title apparatus due to wet powder and to eliminate requirement for scavenging work by providing an opening of a solvent feeding pipe to immediately behind and at a downstream side of a valve disposed to a midway of the powder feeding pipe. CONSTITUTION:A powder feeding pipe 8 to a tank 1, a valve 9 for opening or closing the powder feeding pipe at the midway of the pipe 8, a solvent feeding pipe 6 to the tank 1, and a stirring device 2 for diffusing the powder supplied to the tank 1 into the solvent, are provided. An opening of the solvent feeding pipe 6 is formed immediately behind and at a downstream side of a valve 9 in the powder feeding pipe 8. As the result, occurrence of clogging of the powder feeding pipe due to wet powder is prevented and the requirement for scavenging work is eliminated. At the same time, contamination of surroundings in the scavenging stage is also eliminated. |
