The cap A herewith is designed in a single piece arranged such that it can be fixed on any container which contains liquids, gases or powders and is equipped with a valve or with a tapped connector B. The design of this cap differs from that which is currently available on the market in its screwing a1 and unscrewing a2 system, which are located in a bowl b1 of the central section; the studs a3 of rectangular trapezoidal shape are used as a support for the I-shaped tool for unscrewing but can be used for unscrewing only after destruction of the plastic films a4, which makes it possible to verify by a single glance that the container has not been used, this being for the purpose of tamper-proofing. With regard to safety or absolute sealing, this is achieved when the flat section d1 of the cap presses against the bottom B2 of the container accessory. This is also the case when the flat section c1 presses against the upper flat section of the container accessory B1. <IMAGE>
