<p>PURPOSE:To prevent leak of fluid transferred and pullout of a hose by forming a forward end edge part of an outer circumferential surface on the hose inserting side of a nipple metal main body in the form of a semicircle at the center of tightening between the stopping part of the nipple metal main body and the rubber hose. CONSTITUTION:A forward end 2a of a rubber hose 2 is engaged with a stopping part 7 of an outer circumferential surface 1a on the hose inserting side, and they are tightened and fixed by a tightening metal 6, where an inner side rubber layer 3 and an outer side rubber layer 4 are moved right and left about a center X-X of tightening. Left motion of rubber moves without being caught at the stopping part 7, and right motion of rubber also moves without biting because a forward end edge part 7a of the stopping part 7 is formed semicircular. As a result, a nipple metal main body 1 and the rubber hose 2 can be tightened and fixed strongly without making a bite mark or the like in the inside rubber layer 3 of the rubber hose 2. Edge effect of the stopping part 7 acts to the pullout force of the rubber hose 2, thereby its pullout can be prevented.</p> |
