PURPOSE:To form scorched sections required by forming a composition film composed of powder, a main component of which consists of at least one of an oxide group ceramic magnetic substance and the oxide of a transition element, and fluororesin to one part of at least the surface of a metallic base material. CONSTITUTION:A composition film made up of oxide group ceramic magnetic substance powder and fluororesin is shaped onto the surface of a metallic base material having excellent thermal conductivity. The composition film radiates infrared rays when the film is heated, and is formed onto the metallic base material. Oxide group ceramic magnetic substance powder is selected from either one kind or two kinds or more of zircon, cordierite, forsterite, etc. The oxide powder of a transition element constituting the composition film is selected from either one kind or two kinds or more of manganese dioxide, iron oxide, cobalt oxide, copper oxide and chromium oxide. |
