PURPOSE:To prevent the electrical migration in a joint part by inserting an insulating adhesion member into the joint between a microwave strip and another microwave strip line or an electronic component. CONSTITUTION:An insulation adhesive tape 9 is placed in a gap 2 formed between a high frequency transistor(TR) 1 and a board 3. Through the constitution above, the gaps caused between a lead 2 of the TR and a case 7 and between a strip line 4 and the case 7 are covered by the insulation adhesive tape 9 placed in the gap between the TR 1 and the board 3 and no moisture enters. Thus, the occurrence of electrical migration is prevented. |
