<p>PURPOSE:To provide a hollow plateform molded product which has breathability and the excellent efficiency of dispersion of a weight by a method wherein a title product is molded by using a hollow plate made of soft plastics in which slits with a given width are formed at intervals of a given distance in a direction extending at a right angles with the longitudinal direction of a rib plate part. CONSTITUTION:A hollow plateform molded product 1 is formed integrally with a pair of plate part 2 on the surface side and 3 on the back side having opposing wide surfaces and is formed with a plurality of rib plate parts 4 situated in a shelf-plateform manner in a direction extending approximately at right angles with the plate parts 2 and 3 and between the plate parts. Two end surfaces 5 in a direction A are opened. Further, slits 6 on the surface side and 7 on the back side, each having a given width, are formed in juxtaposition at intervals of a given distance in a direction extending at right angles with the longitudinal direction of the rib plate part 4. This constitution forms a plurality of hollow passages 8 in the plate parts 2 and 3 and causes communication of the hollow part 8 with the slits 6 and 7 to keep ventilation. Further, the joint part of the hollow plateform molded product 1 is secured by using a socket 9 made of the same material by means of a magic tape.</p> |
