<p>PURPOSE:To join a bead filler easily in an endless shape, and to prevent the generation of end opening by winding the bead filler on the circumferential surface of a tapered drum, bending the bead filler and bonding the bead filler with a bead ring on the small-diametral section side end face of the tapered drum. CONSTITUTION:With a bead filler laminator 10, tapered drums 11 are installed rotatably to each arm 13. A bead ring 1 is mounted in a first station (A), the bead ring 1 is centered in a second station (B), and the tapered drum 11 is turned by a drum drive 14 in a third station (C). A bead filler 2 fed by a filler guide 15 is wound on the tapered drum 11 and the base section of the bead filler 2 is bent, and a bead filler laminate is removed from the tapered drum 11 in a fourth station (D).</p> |
