PURPOSE: To obtain a pen to conduct a relatively precise makeup, by forming a pen in a shape of truncated cone, extending the cone port to the end of a smaller cross section near a cylindrical part and providing the cylindrical part with the same smaller cross section. CONSTITUTION: A user can separate a coating tool 2 from a storage 1 by grasping an assembly to screw back a cap 21. Then, a pen 3 is pulled out from the storage 1 or a sleeve 13. As a cylindrical part 32 of the pen immersed into a liquid stored in the storage 1 has an extremely fine diameter, a product can pass through a hole 14 of the sleeve 13 without loosing on squeezing it. Namely, the volume of the products kept in the pen increases so a time capable of using a cosmetic coating tool 2 without filling again can be elongated. By a hollow or an outer capillary action due to flock processing, some volume of the liquid product can be kept in the pen 3. When a user draws a line at an eyelid, the liquid flows drop by drop to an end of cylindrical part 32 of the pen 3 owing to capillary action. |
