PURPOSE:To cause service to be efficient by inputting the name and quantity of a menu, which is ordered by a customer and a table number etc., from a portable terminal equipment, executing the transmission and display of the data to a POS terminal and a cookery and preparing a table setting slip when cooking is finished. CONSTITUTION:When the name and quantity of the menu ordered and the table number are inputted from an input terminal 2 which is carried by a staff, the data are received by a station 3 and transmitted to a POS terminal 1. The POS terminal 1 adds a slip number and temporarily holds the above mentioned information and the slip is prepared by a slip printer 4 and delivered to the customer. Then, the slip is displayed on a display screen 11 of a cookery terminal 5. When the cooking is finished in each cookery, such a condition is inputted from a keyboard 12 and a table setting destination and the name of the menu are printed and outputted by a table setting printer 13. The staff executes table setting according to the table setting slip. After a meal is finished, the customer brings the order slip on a table and goes to a register. A register staff collates the slip with the data, which are temporarily held, and demands payment. Thus, work is made rational and the service is improved. |
