PURPOSE:To weigh, feed and fill ingredient materials in an amount corresponding to a product size by providing weighing and controlling means for controlling a moving stroke of piston members corresponding to the rotation of pipes and determining a sucking and feeding amount of the ingredient materials by pumping means. CONSTITUTION:Transverse holes 16 of pipes 17 in pumping means 15 are rotated to a position in alignment with feed ports 14 by action of cam plates 26 and cam levers 27. In this state, piston members 18 are retreated by action of cam plates 39 and cam levers 35 to suck ingredient materials in an ingredient material hopper 11 from feed ports and then rotated to a state in which the transverse holes 16 are in alignment with opening ends of conveying pipes 19 by action of the cam plates 26 and the cam levers 27. The members 18 are set so as to advance in this state by action of the cam plates 39 and the cam levers 35 and deliver the ingredient materials to the conveying pipes 19. Thereby, the ingredient materials are successively extruded from the conveying pipes 19 and fed into filling cylinders 22 in extruding and filling means 21. In this case, the moving stroke of the piston members 18 is regulated by screwing and regulating of adjusting screws 31. |
