PURPOSE:To perform cooking of rice without using troublesome rice-washing process by charging a rice cooker with frozen rice and water of volume nearly equal to the volume of the rice and cooking the frozen rice under thawing. CONSTITUTION:Washed and frozen rice containing a prescribed amount of water is charged into a rice cooker together with water of a volume nearly equal to the volume of the frozen rice. The cooker is electrified to cook the frozen rice under thawing. |
