The invention relates to a securing element which can be adhesively bonded and is intended for pipes, lines and similar elongate components, in particular for panel heating pipes, having a clamp part, which engages around the components transversely to the longitudinal extent thereof, and having at least one adhesive-bonding surface on the underside of at least one foot part. For the purpose of simple handling and to effect a high degree of safety against the securing means failing, in particular against the clamp being released, said securing element is configured such that the foot part is designed as a rigid foot plate which is connected to the clamp part by at least one articulation. The articulation is formed preferably as a hinge comprising a continuous, flexible material portion which also releases a clearance between clamp part and foot plate.
