The combined paper sheet feed and aligning table has a line of rollers (2) which are mounted with their axes oblique to the direction of feeding motion. The sheets (1) are pressed against the rollers by rows of balls mounted in sockets in two parallel rails (4, 9). These balls guide the sheets so that they are held away from the sides of the feed frame. The second rail (9) is shorter than the first one (4) and, when a sheet reaches the end of the second rail, it is moved sideways to the required position. USE/ADVANTAGE - For folding machines etc., with improved alignment for sheets of any size and thickness.
