PURPOSE:To obtain stable laver drying conditions by forming partitions of a laver drying air circulation area in a laver drying building and constructing the area so as to avoid any influence on moist air in the above-mentioned area and outside air from external conditions, such as outside wind. CONSTITUTION:Upper spaces of a laver drying chamber 7 and heating chambers 8 and (8a) in a laver drying building 1 are partitioned to form a laver drying air circulation area 12 through a shielding member 11, such as vinyl sheet or plate material. The outside air is fed from outside air introduction ports 4 and (4a) through other areas of the building 1, then introduced from air suction passages 13 and (13a) provided under the laver drying air circulation area 12, then around sides of the air heating chambers 8 and (8a), passed through the laver drying air circulation area 12 by driving with suction fans 14 and (14a) from the lower side and subsequently discharged to the exterior. |
