发明名称 GRANULAR MAGNETIC MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURE
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent granular magnetic material, by forming magnetic solid particles having electrical conductivity of ferrite cores and silver coatings, and specifying the average particle size of the particles. CONSTITUTION: Magnetic solid particles 4 having electrical conductivity are composed of ferrite cores 5 and silver coatings 6. The particles 4 are very fine particles having an average particle size between 1μm and 250μm, preferably, between 5μm and 100μm. The thickness and weight of each coating 6 are respectively adjusted between about 0.05% and about 15% of the maximum particle size of the particles 4 and between about 1% and about 60% of the weight of each particle. Although it is advantageous to form the particles 4 in bead-like spheres, it is possible to form the particles 4 in irregular shapes or other geometrical shapes. Thus, an excellent granular magnetic material is obtained.
