It comprises a body element 24 which has a suction cup 26 for flattening against a substrate 22 and temporarily holding the body element 24 against the substrate 22. A vessel 32 is adapted in order to contain a rapid-cure adhesive 30 which is expelled from the vessel towards the interface 28 between the substrate 22 and the body element whilst a moveable core 45 is displaced inside the vessel during flattening of the suction cup. The rapid- cure adhesive secures the body element 24 to the substrate 22. According to a modification, a moveable core 106 is displaced inside the vessel 104 whilst the securing device is pressed towards the substrate 22 by means of the application of pressure on the moveable core 106. <IMAGE>
