<p>PURPOSE: To repeatedly carry out attachment and detachment of a substrate and a connector without damaging a contact by providing a tip part for protecting the contact at the end part of the printed substrate and providing a tab connected with the printed circuit on the substrate while conforming the tab to the contact which is deformed by a spring. CONSTITUTION: In the case a printed substrate 25 is inserted into a slot 20, a tip part 28 of a tip leading part 26 of the substrate 25 and the tip leading part 26 are joined in stages 29, 30. The front part of the tip leading part 26 is tilted and cooperatively moves with a curved part 34 of a spring 23. One end 35 of the spring 23 is fixed in a connector 10 and the spring 23 is parted from the tip leading part by engagement of the tilting face 32 of the tip leading part with the curved part 34. When the printed substrate 25 is completely inserted into the slot 20, an electric contact is brought into contact with a corresponding tab 38 coated with gold in the substrate. The contact 36 exists in a curved part of the spring and at the time of insertion into a connector part 14, the contact is protected from an impact by the curved part 34 and the tilting part 32 and consequently forms contact with the tab 38. With such a structure, the electric contact 36 is protected from being damaged even if attachment and detachment are repeated.</p> |
