摘要 The method according to the invention for detecting coordinates by means of structured illumination permits distance to be measured quickly and in a manner which can be scaled over wide ranges without the need for refocusing. By using two diaphragms of variable size which are situated at the object-side and image-side focal points of the observing optical system, it is possible to realise a sensor (probe) which permits switching over between image-side and object-side telecentric imaging for high z-resolution and high x-y-resolution, simultaneous switching over being performed between structured and normal illumination. <IMAGE>
