摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently converge therapeutic laser beams on a laser light guiding body and to obtain the high output medical laser device by providing plural laser light sources to emit the therapeutic laser light and arranging a converging optical member on the optical path between the laser light sources and the laser light guiding body. CONSTITUTION:Guiding laser light is reflected on a mirror 9, after that expanded in beam expander optical systems 10 and 11, reflected on a dichroic mirror 5, and converged on an incident end 0' of an optical fiber 7 by a converging lens 6. The guiding light to pass through the fiber 7 is emitted from the emitting end of the fiber 7 and an affected part to is irradiated with the guiding light. When a part to be irradiated next is determined, treating laser light sources 1a and 1b are oscillated. The light emitted from the laser light sources 1a and 1b are respectively deflected through relay lens 2a and 2b on polarizing prisms 3a and 3b, passed through the respective upper sides or lower sides of a cylindrical lens 4, the dichroic mirror 5, and the converging lens 6, and after that converged on the incident end 0' of the optical fiber 7. After that, the converged light is passed through the fiber 7 and emitted from the emitting end, and another affected part is irradiated with the converged light.
