Improvements to apparatuses for pulling and lifting clamps and cable, in which the release lever, connected to the manoeuvring lever, has a groove, open at the top, which receives a shaft of the withdrawal or manoeuvring lever. The two halves of the manoeuvring lever are close together for the arrangement of the shaft which actuates the release lever and they are in contact with the casing during the movements of said lever. <IMAGE>
