It comprises a drive and steering assembly consisting of a rocking support carrying the electric actuation motor and a system of coaxial pulleys for receiving the actuation from a manual wheel for steering and for transmitting the impulse of the electric motor, by means of a system of belts and return pulleys, to a carriage coupled at the free end of an assembly of two mutually articulated arms which, at the other end, are articulated to the drive assembly, said carriage carrying a wheel which receives the drive impulse via the belts actuated by the motor and which rotates on a vertical axis through the action of the system of steering belts in order to displace the wheel and the carriage in the desired direction.
