The invention concerns a conductor construction for an electrical distribution and/or information link which is intended primarily to be installed underground. In order at least partly firstly to eliminate problems in connection with ordinary underground cable installations and secondly problems originating from any interference, the conductor construction is characterized in that it comprises a durable, waterproof and frost-resistant pipe 2 of plastic, at least one metallic interference protection layer 3 attached to the wall of the pipe and at least one conductor 4 arranged in the pipe. <IMAGE>
