<p>PURPOSE:To newly prepare a prepaid card by issuing the prepaid card, whose use limit is designated, in a financial institution, inserting the card to the input device of the financial institution when the balance goes to be a little and designating the use limit. CONSTITUTION:A first account 12 for prepaid is set in correspondence to the balance of a deposit account 11, which is obtained in a financial institution 10 such as a bank or a post office, etc., and a prepaid card 14, whose use limit is designated, is produced and issues from an output device 13. When the usable balance is decreased with the use of the card, a prepaid card 14' is inserted to a prepaid card input device 15 of the financial institution 10. The balance of the account 12 is returned to the deposit account 11 and a second account 16 for prepaid is newly set. Then, the prepaid card of a designated amount is outputted from a prepaid card output device 13. Thus, it is not necessary to cooperate with a commercial transacting opponent in each time and the card is used for all commercial transaction.</p> |
