PURPOSE: To accurately measure stable standard liquid even in the case of long term storage with easy handling by using the liquid containing fructosamine and albumin and containing no glucose. CONSTITUTION: Fructosamine in vivo is measured by using standard liquid having pH of 6.0 to 5.0 and containing at least 10mmol/l of buffer solution, containing fructosamine and albumin and containing no glucose. Since the standard liquid contains paramethaserum fructosamine in the form similar to glucosed serum protein, it is stable for long time storage, and albumin-containing solution acts as protein matrix. Further, when brightener, stabilizer, surfactant, preservative are added and it is aseptically filtered and freeze dried, long period storage can be conducted. |
