PURPOSE:To save power and prevent ignition upon the microwave vulcanizing of triple-extruding weather-strips by a constitution wherein a microwave oscillator is stopped by a control circuit when either one of a limit switch, a reflection type photoelectric switch or a transmissive photoelectric switch is operated. CONSTITUTION:In an ignition preventing device 11, a limit switch 19 and/or photoelectric switches 21, 24 detect the disconnection of an insert 1 or the materials of rubbers G1, G2 when there are the disconnections in weater-strips introduced into a vulcanizing tank 5. Then, the operation of a microwave oscillator is stopped automatically through a control circuit. According to this constitution, an electric power necessary for vulcanizing may be saved and ignition upon the microwave vulcanizing of the weather-strips 1 may be prevented. |
