MANUFACTURE OF CARTRIDGE TUBE

PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost by preparing a cartridge tube by welding the annular plate of a hard mouth part made of a synthetic resin having the shape corresponding to machinery to be used to the annular shoulder part of a container main body made of a synthetic resin having the same shape. CONSTITUTION:A container main body 11 made of a laminate of layered constitution having an annular shoulder part 12 formed to the peripheral adge of the upper end opening thereof is prepared and a hard mouth part 13 is prepared in matching relation to the shape of the suction receiving port 20 of a suction pump. The suction receiving port 20 is formed into various shapes corresponding to a printing press to be used and the outer diameter of the male screw part 15 of the hard mouth part 13 is made same to the inner diameter of the female screw part 21 of the suction receiving port 20. The annular plate 14 provided to the lower part of the hard mouth part 13 and a pair of the engaging pieces 16 provided to the lower end of the hard mouth part 13 are together prepared so as to be integrated with the hard mouth part 13. The annular plate 14 of hard mouth part 13 having a frame body 17 mounted thereto is welded to the annular shoulder part 12 of the container main body 11 to obtain a cartridge tube 10.
