<p>PURPOSE:To increase and decrease cuff pressure at a proper speed without any request for the special accuracy of a flow rate control valve even with the small size of the title cuff by flowing in/out a liquid to/from a cuff liquid bank by controlling minute flow rate by the flow rate control valve, making two parallel passages communicate with the cuff liquid bank, and fitting a stop valve in one passage. CONSTITUTION:A cuff liquid bank 12 communicates with a tank liquid bank 16 with three parallel passages 13, 14, and 15, a flow rate control valve 17 for controlling the minute flow rate is fitted in one passage 13, a stop valve 18 for continue/cutoff-controlling the passage is fitted in another passage 14, and further, a pump 19 is fitted in the other passage 15. The tank liquid bank 16 has, for example, a bellows shape composed of a base material having elasticity and airtightness, and its volume changes according to the quantity of a liquid to be packed. Further, a gas is eliminated from the cuff liquid bank 12, the passages 13, 14, and 15, the members fitted to these passages, and the tank liquid bank 16, and a liquid 20 is packed and filled in them. This liquid 20 is, for example, water or oil, and has appropriate viscous resistance.</p> |
