PURPOSE:To enable a required area of a conductive polymer to be electrolytically polymerized in a short period of time by partially exposing the surface of an anodic base metal on a resist member so that the electrolytic polymerization is started from the exposed part of the metal. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 having 36 chips masked with an epoxy resist member 3 is prepared on a forming foil having an oxide coat layer formed on the surface thereof. Using this substrate 1, a first conductive polymer layer of polypyrrole is provided on the dielectric metal oxide coat film on the foil by the vapor phase polymerization, and is washed and dried. Then, 40 to 60mum wide conducting sections 4 in the form of grooves are provided in the resist member 3 such that the underlying metal of the foil is exposed. After the provision of these conducting sections 4, pyrrole is electrolytically polymerized using acetonitrile solution of 0.1M triethylamine boro-disalicylate as a supporting salt. In this manner, the electrolytic polymerization can be finished in 90 minutes with 10mA current. Accordingly, the manufacturing time can be shortened while power consumption is decreased. |
